I’m doing Brazil Butt Lift this summer
And I have the links for disks 1, 2, and 3, but I was wondering how long I’m supposed to do each one for. 1 week? 2? If anyone can shoot me a message and help me out, it’d be greatly appreciated :)

You were a problem child
Been grounded your whole life so now you’re running wild
Breakfast: strawberry yogurt, honey nut cheerios with skim milk
Lunch: vegetarian chili with rice, green beans, two slices whole wheat bread with peanut butter
Dinner: fish, baked ziti, green beans
Snacks: brown sugar poptarts, apple with peanut butter
That sounds like a big-ish dinner, but the dining hall serving sizes are small. I still feel weird though. Like something didn’t sit well. :(
Exam tomorrow evening and then I’m going home Sunday morning! So stoked.

This last second chance is blown
Breakfast: two egg and potato breakfast tacos, cinnamon toast crunch with skim milk, blueberry muffin
Lunch: salad with chickpeas, hard boiled eggs, and mushrooms, cantaloupe, banana, peanut butter and jelly sandwich
Dinner: honey nut cheerios with skim milk, peanut butter and jelly sandwich, pears, strawberry yogurt
Snacks: chocolate chip cookie, applesauce
I haven’t done any exercise today. Trying to get myself to go upstairs to the fitness room and play around a bit. I really don’t feel like it though. But I have nothing better to do. Ughhhhhhh.
Dining hall options suck. You can’t really eat super healthy without eating a salad every day. :( I hope I can move into an apartment junior and senior years so I can cook healthy meals and make healthy lunches.
Can’t wait till I get home. I’m going to try and convince my family to let me make the dinners this summer. See how much better it makes everyone, if at all. You can tell I don’t believe in what I’m doing that much, just because I haven’t seen results in myself. But that’s because I haven’t been able to do things consistently.

Fitblrs, if you still have doubts you can’t do this, just watch this video. I did and my doubts are gone! ;) Good morning!
That’s pretty much what I look like doing yoga. But instead of getting back up, I get discouraged and frustrated and cry. I guess I don’t really have any excuses though.

I told you when you asked
I knew this wouldn’t last
Breakfast: oatmeal
Lunch: spinach quiche, sausage and vegetable polenta, muffin, strawberry yogurt
Dinner: salad, french bread, pasta w/ sauce, brownie
Snack: peanut butter cookie
I didn’t do any exercise today. I woke up late and had to go to chemistry review. I did walk for a while carrying my books to sell them. That was some back and legs, I guess. Also, my thighs don’t hurt today. Very curious.
We celebrated my friend’s birthday at my other friend’s house for dinner.
